-"We are VERY pleased with the conversion itself, the V Body has been very well received among those that have seen it here in Lincoln, NE! Can not wait for sunny days to get out and put some real miles on it. I would also like to commend Mike Cornett at Trike Central in Norfolk, NE for a job well done. He does your company proud! I would recommend both your conversion AND Mike to anyone!" 3/12/10
-"I want to thank you very much for the fast service of taking care of my brake calipers problem. I ride a lot and have 118,000 miles on my 06 Roadsmith 1800 Goldwing. Five of my riding buddies have purchased Roadsmiths since I got mine. All love them. We are all in our mid 70's. Thanks again" 2/4/10
-"Thank you for the wonderful service. I have dealt with many businesses in my life, just want you to know that The Trike Shop has without a doubt been the best service I have ever had. If your ears are ringing, don't worry, it's just be bragging about your shop. THANK YOU. Very high on my priority list is a visit to your shop. Sounds like a good road trip. THANKS AGAIN." 2/27/10
-"I want to give 'AT A BOY' to Anne Nitte and The Trike Shop of Daytona for the quick and great service to repair/replace my mud flap lights on my Roadsmith. This topped off our ride from Maryland to Daytona and the enjoyment of the bike week." 10/27/09
-"We here at G&D Trikes want to say THANK YOU! The kits that we have ordered have been a pleasure to install. The most recent kit was a Valkyrie, and with the new changes, was actually fun to install. Again, THANK YOU to everyone involved for your professionalism and expertise! We look forward to ordering more." - 8/21/09

-"A GREAT RIDE - THANK YOU MUCH,, for building a really quality trike. Our Roadsmith trike worked great on our 6 week ride from PA to Alaska. A very comfortable ride and easy to handle trike. We crossed 14 states,,, 4 providences.. and Yukon territory. A total of 11,242 miles and the Roadsmith trike performed without a flaw, even on the Dalton highway going to the Arctic Circle along with The Top Of The World Highway. THANK YA MUCH,,,, for helping us enjoy every day of our vacation,,,,," - 8/10/09
-"Hi. Wanted you to know that I appreciate the work, response, and overall friendly atmosphere of the company. Thank you Rusty for the great work on fixing the primary leak, and replacing the axle seals. The seal problem was a new one for me. The trike is bone dry after two weeks of riding. In fact, the transmission/clutch seems to work more smoothly. Is it my imagination or did you adjust the clutch? If you did something, thanks again. Thanks for realigning the body. Also, thanks to the body shop for the nice buff out of the Tour Pack and what seems like the whole trike!!! The trunk latch seems to be working well again. I really appreciate the personal service provided by the entire team. Thank you Shaun for delivering the trike and for suggesting that parking brake be tightened a tad. I did as you recommeneded and was careful about taking up too much 'slack'. Take care." - 7/30/09

-"I am writing this letter as a testimonial to your entire organization from your most satisfied customer. Bruce Rossmeyer's Destination Harley-Davidson, along with The Trike Shop of Daytona Beach, are two of the most professional companies I have ever dealt with. Your attention to detail is unmatched, along with providing excellent customer service. You give 110% attention to the customer's needs and desires and make dreams happen! I recently purchased a new 2009 Harley-Davidson Ultra Classic from Destination Daytona. The fine staff, including Larry Steele, Scott Floyd and my direct sales contact, Ted Swords, among others, gave me the attention a customer is looking for and deserves. My intention was to build the most beautiful trike anywhere, and along with the Trike Shop of Daytona Beach, I did exactly that!! I think you will agree from the poster I have enclosed, it turned out beautifully. From the tires, wheels, suspensions, paint and chrome, everything was top quality. And I would be remiss if I didn't acknowledge my gratitude to the staff at The Trike Shop, from Dick Lindholm, President and Anne Nitti, my direct sales contact, to Mary, James and Andy. This fine group of people are the ones who actually converted my brand new Ultra Classic into the finished product you see in the poster. The Trike Shop is committed to quality, attention to detail and customer satisfaction. Believe in what you see!! The proof is in the poster!! I have a long history as a customer of Bruce Rossmeyer's Harley-Davidson. Each and every one of my purchases over the years has been a pleasant and rewarding experience. I can't imagine going anywhere else. POTENTIAL MOTORCYCLE ENTHUSIASTS....if you see a Harley-Davidson in your future, or you would like to build a Trike, you MUST deal with the BEST...and the BEST is Bruce Rossmeyer's Harley Davidson and the Trike Shop of Daytona Beach. A special Thanks to Bruce Rossmeyer for making all this happen!!!!" (see poster under 'Customer Trikes' tab on this website) - 7/20/2009
-"This is the second Roadsmith Trike I have purchased. Due to an unusual noice in the rear axel of the trike, I was referred by TBA of Faribault to your manufacturing facility on Thursday the 16th of July. I stood next to the owner of TBA when he called your facility and set up an appointment for me between 9-10 am on Friday. When I arrived and spoke with one of the ladies at the front desk about my appointment, she contacted the mechanic Mark. After we got the trike in the shop, Mark was able to hear the noise I was hearing. Mark mentioned that I was lucky to have arrived when I did because he had no knowledge of my appointment, he was the only mechanic on duty and had been planning to get an early start on the weekend. As a retired mechanic I am quiet familiar with diagnostic procedures. Mark did a very thorough process of elimination and testing of various part of the running gear to determine the cause of the noise. He came to the same conclusion I had, the noise was emanating from the differential housing which he then proceeded to replace. Watching Mark work, I saw an effective, efficient and friendly mechanic with a great attitude about providing fantastic customer service. Mark is a great asset to your organization, you should be proud of the service he provides to the customers for you. Thanks much Mark! After the trike was fixed and rolled outside, I was getting ready to leave when another employee came by. He noticed that the lid on the trunk of the bike was not adjusted very well. Actually, it had never shut properly after I purchased it and I had trouble with the trunk open light. TBA replaced the latch mechanism once already. I still was having problems, so being the handyman I am I had messed with the lock mechanism and was able to adjust it myself to get the light to go off and the trunk to shut, but the gap between the lid and the body was unsightly. Your employee Nick noticed this and said he could fix that in 5 minutes. After 45 minutes and replacing the locking mechanism twice, the trunk shut and sealed properly and the light would go out. Thank you Nick! Gentleman, you have two very fine and dedicated employees in Mark and Nick. Both men went above and beyond the call of duty and provided me with excellent customer service in the process. I sincerely appreciate the work they did for me. They both deserve some recognition from your organization for the work they provided to this customer. Once again I thank them both for making my experience there a very good one." - 7/17/09
- "Just want to tell you how pleased we were with the service given to us on our Honda Gold Wing Trike. From the first moment we talked to you on the phone concerning our problem until we drove from your property, we have never been treated better. We will be back. Thanks."
- "We love our trike and everyone that has seen it, thinks thats the way to go. Did a beautiful job! You made it look so much more then we expected. We'll recommend you to all we met. Thanks a lot! Everyone was so nice to talk to."
- "While on vacation in SD 5/22/08, my wife rear-ended/side swiped a car with her trike, hit the ditch fishtailing then slid sideways across a gravel road and finally rolled it. She was thrown clear when it rolled and was unhurt. I am very impressed with the quality-strength of your conversion kit used on our 2007 Goldwing. (Now totaled I am sure) The welds on the left side of the wing ripped out where the kit was attached, but the bike held together, which probably kept her alive after the initial impact. I was able to drive the trike to a nearby farm and trailered it home the next day. The rear end has been pushed about 8 inches off center and the trike now travels sideways. Had the bike come apart she probably would have been killed. What caused the accident? She was looking at the GPS on the bike and did not see me go to the right of the left turning car. Luckily she looked up in time to swerve a bit and avoid a straight on rear end collision. I am impressed and thankful for the strenghth of your kit." - 5/15/09
- "The members of Chapter FL1-A2 would like to thank you so much for your generosity in donating door prizes to our group for our Lake Side Bike rally this year. We have motorcycle riders coming from all over the State, as well as out-of-state, who so appreciate being able to take a prize home with them. Without your help, this would not be possible. We also let the riders know who has donated these gifts and hope they will frequent your business in the future." - 2/22/09
- "I wanted to thank you for a great trike kit. When the kit arrived and I opened the crate and saw the great workmanship put into it I was amazed, you guys did a super job. I didn't have much trouble installing it, everything was pretty much straight forward, and the directions were great. Everywhere we go, people come up to us and admire it and ask questions. One guy even said (you sure know how to ride). Also, as we are riding, people go by, they look, and give us the OK sign. My wife feels like a queen riding on the back. We have taken quite a few trips while we are here in Montana (and everyone enjoyable). I was going to sell my bike as I had hurt my arm and my wife was afraid to ride with me, so she talked me into making it into a trike, (I'm glad she did). Would also like to thank you for the cookies, thanks again for everything. ( P.S. I forgot to tell you I am 82 years old and if I can install it anybody can with a little bit of mechanical ability.)" - 7/27/08
- "I'm sorry it has taken me so long to write this "thank you" letter. I appreciate the way you and your staff took care of the situation with the installation of my "Roadmaster" trike kit. I'd also like to thank you for so quickly handling the warranty work. We are very pleased with the way the trike looks and handles. We get a lot of compliments and inquiries." - 12/7/07
- "In late October my wife and I stopped by your facility on our way to Northern Wisconsin. At that time you were gracious enough to take your time to show us the operation and show us how the conversions are made, start to finish. Not only that, your were kind enough to give me a Trike Shop T-Shirt and Cap....for which I once more want to thank you very much. It was indeed a pleasure to meet you face to face. Jean and I truly enjoy the 1800 Trike Shop conversion and we can't say enough nice things about both the conversion itself and service we have received when I have encountered any concern or had any questions to ask of you or your staff. While in Northern Wisconsin for my mom's 90th birthday we made a life changing decision...we bought a nice home and made the decision to sell the business here in California and move back to where both of our roots are. On the new property in Crivitz, Wisconsin, we have a pole building that has already been named "THE TRIKE SHOP"..... We hope to be moved by mid summer and actually get some riding time in this year in the 'North Country'......Again, we thank you for your hospitality and your generosity.....and we hope to be enjoying many years of riding on the 1800 conversion....." - 1/3/06
- "To everyone at the Trike Shop, Howdy from Montana. Thanks for being so willing, curtious, helpfull and polite over the phone whenever I called for assitance on assembling of the trike kit or when I just had a question about the trike once assembled. I hope you never lose that quality of service. Believe me, it is not that common these days to recieve that kind of assistance. Now to tell you all the good things about your kit would take several pages. I think you have done a great job from beginning to end. In the assembling of the kit, I did find 3 minor things that would have, maybe saved a phone call. 1. Could not find the gap setting for when the trike was loaded. Important for tire ware. 2. A higher quality paint on the frame and parts needs to be done to bring it up to the high standard & quality of the rest of the kit. 3. The studs on which the rims and tires are mounted, the studs can move from side to side. I realize it is very little but if they all are in the same position, say from putting your tire & rim is enough to move the studs. That is the problem I found when traveling down the road & the tire was bouncing. They were not centered on the hub. I ended up taking a small square & rubber mallet, tapping the studs straight, then putting the tire on a dolly and rolling it up to the studs making sure they don't touch, then tightened the lugnuts. Well, I guess thats it. Thanks again, from a happy customer. P.S. Thanks again for the reverse. P.S.S. Don't forget to send me some of your business cards. I've already had inquiries. Cards are easy to hand out."
- "Howdy from Montana. Thank you for the electric reverse at no cost to me. Thank you for shipping the kit out as quick as you did under those circumstances. Thanks again. It's been a pleasure doing business with you. Very Happy Person."
- "This is the roll out day (Dec 30 - 05). The finished bike. Thanks very much for your help & support. The bike runs & rides perfect. You have a great product and I know I rode most of them at Sturgis. The pictures we took at the Trike Shop and a happy bike rider are attached. Thanks again for all support & patience with me for all my calls to you guys. I'll highly recommend the Trike Shop to anyone."
- "Thanks to you guys for a fantastic product. The best trike in the country."
